Sea of Black Jackets
Everyone is out in the streets looking the same and there's a melancholy feeling in the air. You can feel the energy of everyone carrying their holiday worries around, and it reminds you that although everyone is dressed the same, each person is experiencing life so differently.
Don't wait up for me
The feeling of trying to dip away from your loved ones and take care of your Christmas business. Everyone is secretly plotting ideas, events, and trying to do something for someone else. Finding the time to escape is impossible, but necessary, as you hustle to get the last little bit of your Christmas plans in order.
Santa, No Claus
There's a lot of emphasis on Santa around the holidays. Most have outgrown the tale, but many still hold on to the idea of it because it gives them something to believe in. Santa Claus, aka St. Nicholas, walked the earth as the patron saint of children back in the third century, but there were never gifts involved in his journeys. Santa, No Clause emphasizes the spirit of giving and reminds us all of the true meaning of Christmas.
Bout That Time
This is the time when you start to actually enjoy yourself. A time to soak up whatever the holidays mean to you. By now, your gifts are purchased and you can sit back and have a drink or two. It’s the feeling of slipping into the holiday season and admiring your holiday decor while you sip on a hot beverage.
On My Way Home
On my way home is the celebration of the past year. It's a time to decipher how you feel in the present moment as you contemplate how and who you’ll spend your time with over the holidays. Sometimes it’s a feeling of nothing related to Christmas at all, but just that you’re thankful to have a destination and people to celebrate with at all.
Tuck You In
After you get home from your holiday party, you might have a couple drinks in you; you're feeling sexy and you’re looking through your phone for something sensual to get down to. Your night has been filled with fun, but now it’s time to get in close and celebrate being with the person you adore the most.
Family Jones
Food, family and flash. It’s a time to cherish the root and soul of the holiday season. A pinnacle feeling that's soulful and rich. Maybe you haven’t seen a lot of these people in a while. You’re excited at the thought of sharing time with them over good food, drinks and lots of laughs. You cherish the time spent with them more than you might through the rest of the year.
